Application Requirements
For your application to be complete, all of the following materials must be received through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) before the due date (January 5th):
- Letter of intent (maximum 500 words) explaining why you’re seeking a residency at Yavapai Regional Medical Center
- Current curriculum vitae
- Official transcripts from a College of Pharmacy
- Three completed reference recommendation forms within PhORCAS
You will be notified by the end of January if you are selected for an interview.
