The Admitting Department team is ready to assist you when you arrive at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) for your hospitalization or outpatient procedure. Our Admitting offices are conveniently located near the main entrances of YRMC West in Prescott and YRMC East in Prescott Valley.

The Admitting Department is open Monday through Friday, 5:15 am to 4:30 pm. After hours or on the weekend, please go to the Admitting office in the Emergency Department for assistance.

Online Pre-Registration

It’s easy and secure to pre-register online for your scheduled hospitalizations and other medical appointments. Pre-registration is available throughout the YRMC health network including:

• Both hospital campuses, YRMC West and YRMC East
• All of our Yavapai Regional Medical Group (YRMG) physician clinics
• Any YRMC diagnostic or treatment center
