It’s easy and secure to pre-register online for your scheduled medical appointments with all Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group (YRMG) providers.
Our online Pre-Registration Portal allows you to use your desktop or laptop computer, tablet or smart phone to pre-register anywhere you have an internet connection. You can access YRMC’s secure online Pre-Registration Portal by:
- Linking directly to the Pre-Registration Portal from the confirmation email you receive after scheduling an appointment with a YRMG healthcare provider.
Or
- Visiting the YRMC CareConnect Patient Portal. (Don’t have a YRMC CareConnect account? You’ll have the opportunity to create one before pre-registering for your scheduled appointment.)
Once you’re on the YRMC CareConnect Patient Portal, go to the “Register” button on the page menu and confirm your upcoming appointment. Next, follow the steps on our Pre-Registration Portal to:
- Verify or update your profile, emergency contact or health insurance information.
- Complete Medicare and other forms required by health insurance providers.
- Obtain a barcode to use when you check-in for your scheduled appointment.
