SEASONAL RN PROGRAM

The Seasonal RN Program was introduced in 2003 to give nurses the opportunity to experience employment at YRMC and living in Prescott. Due to our year-round moderate climate, nurses may start their 13-week contract at any time during the year. Many of our seasonal nurses have taken permanent positions at YRMC.

The Seasonal RN Program:

• Requires an RN with Arizona license, at least two years of current RN experience and current ACLS.
• Provides monthly taxable allowance of $1,500 for housing, travel, etc.
• Requires commitment to 13-week assignment.
• Pays $750 bonus for two consecutive 13-week assignments.
• Pays sign-on bonus and relocation for those who accept full time, permanent positions.
• Requires that applicants live at least 75 miles from assigned YRMC facility.

The Seasonal RN Program is available to former YRMC employees with some additional requirements.
