FANTASY IN CHOCOLATE

Fantasy in Chocolate is the annual extravaganza to help support YRMC Hospice and Home Health services. Delicious chocolates, tasty teas and coffees and an art auction are the centerpieces of the event, which each year has a different and exciting theme. In 2003, that theme was the “Golden Age of Greece” and $90,000 was raised for the patients, programs and services of Hospice and Home Health.

Home Health services are available in the home to promote, maintain and restore the health of patients while minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Services range from wound care to physical therapy. Home Health, a department of YRMC, is fully licensed, Medicare certified and fully accredited.

YRMC Hospice is dedicated to supporting terminally ill patients in living each day to the fullest in the comfort of their own homes. Hospice support is offered to patients and their families, regardless of the ability to pay. YRMC Hospice, a department of YRMC, is fully licensed, Medicare certified and fully accredited.
