The YRMC Del E. Webb Outpatient Center is located on a 10-acre site on Windsong Drive in Prescott Valley.
This two-story, 30,000-square-foot facility is home to preventive medicine programs (Pendleton Center East),
physical rehabilitation, imaging and laboratory
services,
YRMC's Family Resource Center and physician offices.
The Del E. Webb Foundation generously gave $1 million to help YRMC make the YRMC Del E. Webb Outpatient Center a reality. YRMC also received a major contribution from the Pendleton Memorial Fund to establish Pendleton Center East and offer the same rehabilitation, exercise and education programs that were already available through the Pendleton Center at YRMC West in Prescott.
